My resolution... hmmmmm... I would like to lose weight, be able to retire, be rich & highly organized but chances of any one of those happening is like seeing a pig fall out of the sky. Instead, I will make a conscious effort to always think about what I am going to say before I say it & to treat everyone the way I want to be treated.

WOW! What great candy.. Crossing my fingers, toes, legs, arms, and eyes, in hopes that the Random.org gods smile down at me.. :)

As for my resolutions.. I would like to organize all my scrapbooking stuff, use my stash, and loose weight.. Heck I would love it if my resolutions lasted more than a week.. but we shall see :)
Thanks for the chance to win.. :) Happy New Year to you too...

Hi Angie, well I am one who has always had a sence of humor, but tonight I have no humor so my resolution is to remind everyone I know everyday that I love them. My youngest daughter's college room mate's (Julie) mother was killed in a freak accident in CA during the storm.. It was on the news and in the paper.. they were camping when a tree fell in a bad storm and fell on a tent she and her granddaughter were in and she was killed instantly.. 10 years ago she survived breast cancer, they lost their home during hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, and her husband died 2 years ago.. Julie was Cheryl's bridesmaid as Cheryl was Julie's and they have kept in touch ever sence... so I will always remember my friends and will always try to remember to tell them how much they mean to me every day... so Angie, you are so sweet and you mean the world to me and I wish you all the luck and happiness the world can hold for the next year and I love you.
Hugs, Jean

Hi Angie.....
Since 2010 brought me more sickness and surgeries than I care to remember I guess my New Year's resolution would be to stay WELL this year! Eating better, walking for exercise, and trying to do things to keep me healthier is gonna be at the top of my list. I should add I will go to bed EARLIER than I normally do... but that would surely be the FIRST thing on my list I'd break. heehee I start card crafting and lose track of time. It is so relaxing....
I wish you lots of happiness this year and good luck on the building and designing of your new home.
Have a wonderful and prosperous New Year!
hugs...

That's really sweet of you. I'm not big on New Year's resolutions, to tell you the truth. They're just not my thing. I get overwhelmed by "big" goals like that, and tend to set smaller ones throughout the year, instead. One of my goals this year is to go skydiving in honor of what would have been my husband's 40th birthday (he passed away on 9/18/09). It's a major endeavor...I'm trying to get a group of us together and set up a whole weekend of adventure! Happy New Year to you and thanks for the chance at some yummy Maggie candy.

Happy New Year, Angie!! My resolution is to not make any resolutions this year!!! They never work out and then I feel awful, so I figure if I don't make them, then any wonderful thing I do is like icing on the cake!!! LOL!

Hi Angie,
Thanks so much for the chance to win. Two SUPER cute stamps that I do not own yet.
Well, I have a few New Years Resolutions:
Family related - To try to always have patience with my two little boys. It is so easy to get overwhelmed and overreact, and I want to teach them by my own actions. So, I want to be more patient and show them love and the fun of life as much as possible.
Craft related - To learn new techniques and stretch my crafting to the next limit. My first step is to try coloring with distress inks. I am going to buy watercolor paper tomorrow to give this a try. I am one that does not craft until my technique is pretty perfect, so this is will be first new technique I will be taking on in 2011.
Thank you so much for the chance to win such a generous candy. I hope I win!!!! Happy New Year.

Happy New Year!!

I would say that my New Year's resolution is to lose weight...haha isn't that everyone's??? seriously though I would like to lose a few pounds around the middle but my biggest new year's resolution is to spend more quality time with my little one. I work full time so we only have a few precious hours together at night so I just want to make the most of that time with her as the years are flying by way too fast!!

Hugs!!

Hello there;0) Happy New Year to you and your family! My resolution this year is different than on the past. I am running a 10k run in February, I have registered to take a class (it has been 5 years since I received my BA), I am volunteering at youth center and I have registered to volunteer at the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in September. I have titled my resolution as "All About Me." I told my husband my title and he got a kick out of it...lol. Thanks for the chance to win and I hope you have a good time tonight celebrating;0)

Happy New Year!

New Year Blessings to you and yours, Angie!

I don't do resolutions because I'm too weak and break them. So, instead, I try to do something positive - so, this year, I'm going to drink more water! I am so bad because I just don't drink enough. So, that's it - shallow as it might be. Maybe my body will thank me! LOL

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year Angie. What a great start to the new year...candy!! I love both of these stamps and have neither one.
One of my new year's resolutions is to continue regularly with my blog and to add more details to it. Right now you have to guess at exactly what (or whose) products I am using because I never remember to record them. This resolution may be the first one I've ever kept beyond a few weeks (I'm hoping).

THE HOOSIER STAMPER said...

I really don't have a new year's resolution, more of a prayer and that is God give me strength to get through another year and to keep his hand on my family, friends, and loved ones. Pray that things get better in our world, and that people find jobs, keep their homes, etc. It's been a tough year for many. I do however look forward to making new stamping friends, and see all the beautiful creations and artwork. Stamping makes me happy :o) Hoping 2011 brings joy, peace, happiness and endurance to face whatever comes our way. Happy New Year Everyone, and God Bless each and every one of you!

Oh, these are so yummy, and I don't have either of them!

My New Year's resolution? Oh, I never do well with them... this year I am going to try to hold myself to higher standards, especially in the house keeping department. Declutter, declutter, declutter!

My hubby just read this over my shoulder, and he says he will believe it when he sees it! LOL...

Maybe I'll start with my craft stuff, by using it ;) I'd rather craft than clean any day, so that sounds like good reasoning to me!

Happy New Years all! My resolution this year is to find a way to use every stamp I own. I also have to get a handle on how to store all my paper so I can find what I need instead of going out to buy another sheet, although road trips are a way of life. Grin.

Hi Angie. I am very new to the world of crafting. I have retired and a wonderful friend has gotten me addicted to card making. It sure didn't take too long. I would like to add these very cute stamps to my small collection. My New Years resolution is to organize my time a little better so that I can squeeze in some housework around my crafting :)
Happy New Year to one and all.

Hey Angie! Happy New Year!! I haven't really thought about it til now, but I'd really like to get in shape. I'm not trying to be a stick or anything, but I'd like to not get winded runing down the block, lol. Secondly, I'd really like to stay caught up on laundry!! There are six of us in my house I have to do at least 2 loads a day to stay caught up and that rarely happens, so it gets quite piled.

Thanks for the chance to win this candy!

Good morning Angie, happy New Year hun!! I wish you all the best, happiness and good health!! I've been reading some of the comments, and to be honoust, I've seen just about every resolution I ever had pass by. All I can say is that 2010 was not one of my best years, been sick, had surgery (twice) and to top it off in this last month my mother in law got seriously ill and we will lose her shortly. So I'm not having any resolutions for 2011 other than I will try to be very concious of all the good and positive things that will occur, because we tend to dwell on what goes wrong instead of focussing on what is right and good. Pfff, filosophy with a hangover LOL!! (The champagne just tasted sooo good last night hahaha). Hope to see lots and lots of your work in the coming year, hugs Frea
